Welcome to Valley Honda!

We are Pittsburgh's original Honda dealer and fourth generation family owned since 1917.

The origins of Graham Automotive date back 103 years ago to the beginning of the American Automobile Industry. The company was originally founded in 1917, by L.G. Graham, in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania.

Because the dealer franchise system did not exist at the time, L.G. began his career by driving to Detroit and purchasing cars directly from manufacturers and transporting them back to Pittsburgh to sell and service.

Graham Automotive began as a small sales and service operation in Turtle Creek. The name 'Valley' was derived from the dealership originally being located in the Turtle Creek valley. The first franchise agreement signed by L.G. was with the Oakland Motor Car Company in 1918, which became part of General Motors. The Buick franchise was acquired from General Motors in 1932, and was an integral part of the dealership for the next 70 years.

In 1948, the Buick franchise was relocated to Brown Avenue in Turtle Creek. This facility still serves as the Valley Honda Collision Center.

In 1969, the dealership was relocated to its current location in Monroeville at the corner of Route 22 and Route 48. Our facility was originally an A&P grocery store and had been most recently an Oldsmobile dealership. In the early 1970's, Opel, Jeep, and Honda franchises were added.

Due to the rapid growth of the Honda brand, the Honda dealership was relocated to Wilkins Township in 1986 where it remained until 2003.

In 2003, the Buick and Jeep franchises were sold and after extensive renovations, the Honda dealership was relocated back to its current location at the intersection of I-376, Route 22, and Route 48.

Valley Honda continues to be one of the oldest, continuously operating, family owned automobile companies in the country. As we approach our 100th anniversary, we would like to thank our customers for their loyalty and look forward to serving you for another century with the same values of honesty and integrity that the company was originally founded upon.
