Q: Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?

A: While we encourage you to make an appointment at 412-823-5800, we welcome walk-in estimates.

 

Q: Can you arrange alternative transportation?

A: Absolutely. We can arrange for a rental car to be picked up at our facility and it can be dropped off with us when the work is completed.

 

Q: Will you communicate with my insurance company to work out all the details?

A: Yes, we will perform the estimate and notify you when the insurance company has given us approval to proceed. Generally, the insurance company will pay us directly and you will only be responsible for the deductible.

 

Q: If my vehicle's frame is damaged, is it a total loss?

A: Not necessarily. Using a state-of-the-art computer measuring system and cutting edge welding techniques, we can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications. If it is determined that the frame section is bent beyond repair, that section can often times be replaced.

 

Q: Do you work on all makes and models?

A: Absolutely. Our I-CAR Gold certification ensures that we can properly restore any vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
